Login => Email & Marketing => Broadcasting => Manage Broadcasts => By Autoresponder Tab

Highlight the list you want to send to on the left and click the arrow to place it in the “Schedule These Autoresponders” box on the right

When to Send:  Immediately (leave checked)

Fill in the following:

From Name:
From Email:
Subject:
Format: Text or HTML

Message Body:  Paste your email here.  Quicksales now puts the address in automatically, but not any closings.

Hint (DO THIS BEFORE YOU PASTE YOUR EMAIL):  Keep lines to less than 65 characters (you’ll get a warning on the next screen if they are too long) to keep links from being cut off in some email programs.  Do this prior to pasting.  Here’s how:

Using Word, highlight email text.
Right Click => Paragraph => Indentation => Right => 12 ch
Hit return before each line in email.

If you’re links are too long and carry over to the next line you can adjust them by taking www. out to see if that makes them short enough.

Click “Continue Broadcast”
Review email
Click “Back” to make changes or “Send Broadcast” to send the email.
