If you have a blog, you can monetize it several different ways. You can accept outside advertising from sponsors, you can add Google Adwords and be paid when someone clicks on one of your ads, you can put up affiliate links or ads for your own products and you can also register for a blog payment service.
A blog payment service, such as www.blogvertise.com or www.payperpost.com, will pay you to post about products, services and topics on your blog. You can find more services by performing a Google search. The payouts will generally start out at about $5 per post and they can go up from there.
Each service will have specific guidelines about the blogs they will accept. Generally speaking, your blog will need to be at least 90 days old, youll need to post on a pretty regular basis (about 3 times per week) and you cannot have any lapses of 30 days with no posts.
To register for these services, simply visit the individual websites and fill out a form with some basic information. They will ask some questions about the type of blog you have and who your target readership is. If you are accepted, you will be notified via email.
Depending on the type of service you register with, you will either receive assignments via email or you may need to log into their main websites and see what type of assignments are available to you. They may ask you to post 50 or 100 words on a cell phone carrier, magazine, debt consolidation site or some other topic. You do not have to write a glowing review of the website you are referring to. You just need to post a minimum amount of words and include a link to the referring website.
You will then log into the blog payment services website. You will fill out a quick form to let them know you have completed the assignment. You will need to give them the title of your blog post as well as the URL to that specific post. An administrator will review your post and once it is approved, your payment will follow in about 30 days. Most of these services send payment via PayPal. Once you have been paid, you can delete the post if you choose.
